We want you to be fully satisfied with your Sizzix purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may return your items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Initiate Your Return

Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Items

Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all components are included, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.

Ship the Package

Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our distribution center; we recommend using a trackable service.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
